The max level in Baldur's Gate 3 is Level 12, and most of the time, each level you gain will grant something new for your Druid build. Players who want a more affordable option that still enables their Baldur’s Gate 3 characters to wear Heavy Armour wouldn’t go wrong with the classic Ring Mail Armour . Serving as the first iteration of Heavy Armour that one can wear in their playthrough, this is a safe choice for the first parts of the game’s opening, where players are still configuring their party for their first tougher encounte
In Act 2, Players should pick up the Incandescent Staff from Talli at the Last Light Inn for +1 to spell attack rolls and the ability to cast fireball for free once per long rest. Finally, during Act 3, players can track down the Staff of Spellpower (+1 Spell Save DC and Spell Attack Rolls, can be used to cast any known spell for free once per long rest), Woe (+1 Spell Save DC and Spell Attack Rolls, restores HP when enemies fail saves against your spells, allows casting of blight for free once per long rest), and Markoheshkir (Same as the Staff of Spellpower but with a unique ability that lets players access additional spells and secondary effects based on a damage type of their choice.)

At Level 1, Second Wind grants a Bonus Action Self-Heal ability once per combat, then at Level 2, players get an Action Surge to grant an extra Action once each combat. Later on, Fighters gain better Saving Throws, Extra Attacks, and Fighting Styles, too.

As a Level 11 Fighter, players can attack three times in a single turn, but by putting one point into barbarian, they can attack four times minimum every turn – as long as a bonus action isn't used for another ability.

The Half-Orc race is one of the best races in Baldur's Gate 3 for Druids who spend most of their time in melee combat. The racial passives of the Half-Orc race still work when in Wild Shape form, letting a Druid tear through enemies with stronger Critical Hits and a resilience to Death unique to Half-Orcs.

The most broken way to play a Thief Rogue is to keep them separate from the rest of the party before combat, then sneak to a vantage point, and fire off a Sneak Attack for free before entering the fray. Oftentimes, this one-shots weak to medium-strength enemies.
