While the following titles may not be the most expansive or polished in the genre, their boss fights alone make it worthwhile to push through the rest of the game. Unlike the top-tier soulslikes with numerous bosses , these games have their flaws, but they still offer memorable battles that fans of the genre will appreci

This boss, named Baw-Li-Guhh-Lang, isn’t the toughest enemy you'll face in this region. Start by using the Immobilize Spell on him, and then attack by transforming into Guangzhi via the Red Tiles Spell. Deal as much damage as possible at the start to make the rest of the fight easier. Be cautious of his frequent leaps and tongue attacks.

What makes the earlier portions of the fight against the nightmarish creature entertaining, is that if you go into the fight before beating Scorpionlord, the two will fight each other, and you can just watch them go at it until Duskveil takes out the otherwise frustrating venemous threat. You'll still, of course, have to worry about Duskveil (and his second health bar) but the pure satisfaction of getting to watch two bosses take each other on is unrival

Crossing the gate will trigger another cutscene and initiate a battle with the second boss on your journey, Guangzhi . This boss is tough, and you may die a few times, so keep trying until you achieve victory.

Proceed along the narrow, tucked-away path, and you will come face-to-face with Guangmou , the second boss of the Bamboo Grove region. After a quick cutscene, the battle with Guangmou will begin. This boss is tougher than the frog, with a variety of attacks, including summoning snake-like creatures from the ground that throw poison at you. Most of his attacks can be neutralized by spinning your staff , but be mindful of your stamina.

Continue along the main path and cross the wooden bridge. You'll encounter an enemy in your path — defeat it, and a cutscene will play where you meet another monkey. Don’t worry, he isn’t an enemy; rather, he’s a merchant who sells valuable items. However, don’t follow him just yet. Instead, take the bridge to the left and open the chest to acquire valuable resources.

Continue forward, defeating any enemies and gathering plants along the way. Eventually, you'll encounter your first true boss, the Bullguard . Instead of attacking him immediately, take the left path, where you'll find a creature near a rock (the creature will flee upon seeing you). Approach the rock to acquire the Skandha of Form , a key item that will be useful later.

One of the most influential misconceptions surrounding black myth zhong Kui Myth: Wukong is that the game is a Soulslike, when it's, in fact, an action RPG with a few Soulslike-esque elements, but if you want a perfect entry point to the Soulslike genre after playing Black Myth: Wukong, then Lies of P might be the best opt

Return to the wooden bridge and continue downwards until you reach a pond-like area. In the distance, you'll notice a man in white clothing standing menacingly. This is the final boss of the Bamboo Grove region , known as the Whiteclad Noble. Approach him to trigger a cutscene, where you’ll see he has a fondness for poetry.

Luckily enough, the boss shouldn't be too tricky, and once you've helped them out with their prescription, they'll be chilling in the Ruyi Scroll realm, helping you out with your gardening. A little over-emotional, but happy to have a chat about their passions, Chen Loong is a textbook Can

There is still some exploration, but the levels in all three Bayonetta titles are a lot more linear, and you'll instead be focusing on the action to get to the bosses at the end. If you loved getting to take on interesting enemies but maybe want something with a little more action that's a bit more linear, then any Bayonetta title is id

Proceed ahead until you reach the Snake Trail Keeper’s Shrine. As you've done before, interact with it to make it available for fast travel. Next, ascend the stairs and take a right turn before crossing the bridge. A cutscene will play, where an old man gives you a Blessed Gourd. This device will help you gather green wisps more efficiently and allow you to claim Spirits from some of the tougher opponents in the game.

The original Lords of the Fallen was one of the earliest action-RPGs to fully embrace the Dark Souls formula, though it offered little innovation beyond that. While the overall game lacked distinct features, the boss fights alone could make the journey worthwhile. These imposing enemies, often towering in size and lethally powerful, create an exhilarating experience as players carefully circle them, waiting for the perfect moment to str
