The Legend Of Zelda: The 10 Most Unusual Races
The reincarnated version of the eponymous Princess Zelda Tetra could easily lead a game herself. She is considered by many to be the LoZ 's series' best version of Zelda , and alongside her loyal pirate crew could tell an amazing seafaring adventure tale. A game of her own could dive into Tetra's backstory and give interesting new lore for the world - she became captain after her mother died, but other than that not much is known about her origins, family history, or how she assembled her crew. Whether the game was simply about seafaring and plundering or pitting Tetra against the forces of evil herself, she's a great candidate for a Legend of Zelda protagon
In the new trailer (above) and past ones, such as Nintendo 's E3 2021 teaser, Hyrule appears to be much closer to BOTW 's familiar open world in scenes where Link is wearing the upgraded Champion's Tunic. In comparison, scenes where he wears the green outfit have a much more mysterious and wild atmosphere to them. They show less familiar scenery, and seem more focused on new aspects and the floating islands. In addition, Link uses the advanced flying mount when he wears the Champion's Tunic, which is very telling. It's entirely possible that the Champion's Tunic outfit is being used for scenes meant to take place after the events of Breath of the Wild , whereas the ones where Link is wearing his green outfit are in a distant p
In BOTW , Princess Zelda makes a similar pilgrimage to Hyrule’s three sacred springs with the same intention of awakening the divine power Temple of Time Ruins Walkthrough her ancestors. Instead of accessing her power, however, she finds herself cursing Hylia and questioning why her lifetime of devotion has gone unacknowledged. In the end, however, Zelda’s power finally awakens as she saves Link’s life, allowing her to keep the Calamity at bay until Hylia’s Chosen Hero could reawaken from his restorative slumber a century la
Nintendo hasn't revealed much in the way of information regarding the sequel to **The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild ** , but it is possible that the game could incorporate a scrapped feature from Ocarina of Time . The first animated teaser in 2019 showed Link and Zelda exploring some ruins where they seemingly encountered Calamity Ganon. However, no gameplay footage was shown until E3 2021 when Nintendo released a proper trailer for the game. This trailer shows Zelda falling into a pit of darkness before cutting to gameplay footage that showcases new features coming to the long-awaited seq
Another possibility is that Tears of the Kingdom will bring BOTW 's story full circle with its time travel. 10,000 years ago, Ganon was defeated by an unnamed hero and princess, and while they were never identified in-game, it's a safe assumption that they were iterations of Link and Zelda based on their descriptions and the pair's intertwined destiny with Ganon. However, it's possible that the Link from BOTW and the one from 10,000 years ago are one and the same if time travel is indeed prevalent in TOTK . It's even possible that BOTW 's Zelda is the princess and that she and Link get sent back in time together, in which case Zelda could be a playable character in TO
King Bulblin is a character that Zelda BOTW 2 doesn't need , but could still utilize well. It may be best if he or generic copies of him act as a strong but common enemy without bearing on the story, like a Lynel or Hinox. He could become a boss like he was in Twilight Princess , but should only have one fight if so and not face against Link multiple times. There's also potential for BOTW 2 to expand his character, as his last appearance in Twilight Princess showed that he was more than a simple minion. If Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 _ decides to use some _Twilight Princess characters, King Bulblin may seem like an odd choice, but he could also make for a great questline that explores his backgro
That said, Princess Zelda could have the unique potential to unlock her hidden power and fix Hyrule’s fractured timeline in Tears of the Kingdom . By recovering the memories of her past lives and sacred power, Zelda could gain all the wisdom necessary to finally face Demise’s malice and repair the timeline’s broken cycles. Between the direct references to past eras in BOTW and the apparent evidence of time travel mechanics in the upcoming sequel, it seems that a plot focused on repairing Zelda’s timeline is within the realm of possibility. Of course, this is all speculation until the game is released next May, but the title Tears of the Kingdom _ may have been one massive **_The Legend of Zelda ** spoiler hiding in plain si
There are a few primary pieces of evidence for time travel in Tears of the Kingdom 's new trailer. One of them is the two different outfits that Link wears, both of which have appeared in past trailers. In the beginning of the new trailer, Link appears to have an improved version of the Champion's Tunic from BOTW , and is carrying a sword on his back. Later, when he's shown climbing some roots, he wears a green, one-sleeved outfit, and is carrying a much more primitive-looking wooden cudgel. While different outfits aren't really hard evidence, they seem to be portrayed with a sense of duality that may indicate that Link wears them in two different time peri
